A detailed initial exam including a detailed movement assessment (SFMA) of the patient, provides the doctor with the information needed to determine the true source of the patient's issue/injury or performance limitation.
This information is then used to provide each patient with a specific and unique treatment plan. Regions of the body that have restricted motion/mobility are treated with: Chiropractic adjustments, Manual Therapy (Active Release Techniques and Instrument Assisted Soft Manipulation), Percussion Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Therapeutic Stretching, etc.
Opposing these areas of limited motion/mobility are regions of the body with limited stability. To address the stability deficits, specific therapeutic corrective/rehabilitative exercises/movements are prescribed to the patient and implemented into the patient's treatment protocol using the fully equipment rehabilitation/performance facility at the Clinic.
